Verified Vendors.
Direct Settlement.
TerraVault Trade Assurance is the marketplace-standard layer: verified vendor identity, on-file COAs, shipping commitments, and dispute mediation. TerraVault is a marketplace surface โ vendors and buyers settle directly on agreed terms. TerraVault does not custody, route, or settle funds.
How Trade Assurance Works
Four standards every Trade-Assured vendor commits to
Verified Vendor Identity
License, business registration, and identity attestations checked before a vendor can list. Re-verified periodically.
COA on File
Certificates of Analysis are required for gold-tier listings. Verified for authenticity and matched to product listings.
Shipping Commitment
Vendors commit to a ship date in writing. If they miss it, the buyer can open a dispute and request cancellation.
Dispute Mediation
If something goes wrong, TerraVault reviews evidence from both parties and provides structured mediation. Settlement remains between buyer and vendor.
How Settlement Works
TerraVault is a marketplace surface only. Vendors and buyers settle directly between themselves on rails they agree to: ACH, wire, or partner-integrated escrow agents engaged by the counterparties.
TerraVault does not custody, route, or settle funds. There is no platform transaction fee on vendor sales. Vendor listings are free.
For Suppliers: Trade Assurance Badge
Suppliers who maintain Trade Assurance standards earn the badge โ a trust signal that buyers can rely on. Trade Assured suppliers receive:
Trade Assured
This badge appears on every Trade Assured supplier's storefront and product listings.
