A scheduled job runs a read-only pull against the vendor's state track-and-trace account. On-demand sweeps are rate-limited per vendor. No data leaves the vendor's TerraVault tenant.
Side-by-side reconciliation
Mary compares the state-system package list against the vendor's TerraVault inventory and produces a structured report: state count, TerraVault count, matched count, what diverges, recommended vendor actions, confidence notes.
Closed-taxonomy discrepancy categories
Every flagged row is bucketed into a closed taxonomy of divergence types. A clean sweep is its own sentinel — Mary fits each row into a category or marks the sweep clean. The category list itself is internal.
Vendor-controlled review workflow
The vendor selects a review outcome — once per sweep — from a closed set of decision states. Free-text capture for the corrective action taken in the state system and in TerraVault. The review locks after submission and is timestamp-anchored.
Knox-anchored audit trail
Every sweep and every review decision is anchored to the Bonis Knox chain. Independently verifiable.

Why this exists

Operating a licensed cannabis business is two jobs. One is the business — sourcing, branding, fulfillment, customer relationships. The other is the daily compliance labor that the state track-and-trace system requires.

  • Mary does not exfiltrate vendor data. Sweep payloads stay inside the vendor's TerraVault tenant; the state-system response stays inside the sweep record.
  • Mary does not store your state-system credentials in plaintext. Per-vendor Secret Manager binding.
  • Mary does not silently amend your TerraVault inventory based on a sweep. Every change is a vendor action recorded in the review form.
  • Mary does not send raw vendor data to the model. The reconciliation spec sent for model processing has vendor-identifying fields tokenized as placeholders before send.
  • Mary does not replace any state licensing authority, the state track-and-trace regime, or your operator-of-record duties.
